My Friendship Connection is a five week outreach campaign designed to engage members of your church in a strategy of intentionally inviting friends and reaching them for Jesus Christ.  By joining with us, you will leverage years of expertise and critical learning from leaders like: Dr. Elmer Towns, Dr. Johnny Hunt, Dr. Bobby Welch, Dr. James Merritt, Dr. Mac Brunson, Dr Frank Page, Greg Stier (Dare2Share Ministry) and many others.

We know 70% to 80% of our churches are plateaued or declining. There is a lack of emphasis on evangelism.  We also know 86% of those that trust Christ as Savior will come because of the simple invitation of a friend
 
The materials come in a binder with over 300 pages and will include everything you need to prepare for, promote and have a successful friend day called My Friendship Connection.  There are small group lessons for all ages, sermons notes from key leaders and daily devotionals. (one for each day for a complete month) All the materials continue to build on each other and will effectively engage the members of your church to reach the lost with out confrontation. You will discover that your church members will get excited about inviting people they already know and have a relationship with to come to your church and hear a gospel message.

Devotionals:
The daily devotional is made up of a scripture passage, a short story that illustrates the point and a guide for a daily prayer. These have been designed so that families can even use them together as a family time. They will challenge us to intentionally seek out a friend, pray for them and compel them to come visit our church on a special friend day.  These devotions are offered in a devotional study guide book that includes the devotional, the small group lesson and a page for sermon notes. There is a devotional study guide for adults and one for youth. Devotional study guides should be distributed on or before September 28th. Those that participated in 2007 saw how the daily devotionals influenced the people to come together for a common goal. Read two of the devotionals.

Sermons:
There are six sermons in the My Friendship Connection series contributed by some of our greatest Christian leaders. These sermons are arranged with the devotions and small group lessons to create a powerful series that will lead your people to invite and reach their friends for Christ. The notes have been included to aid the pastor in preparation and will come in a sealed envelope labeled “Pastor Only” along with a DVD of the sermons. The first sermon begins on October 5th and goes through November 9th.
